Deposit is nonrefundable but valid for full credit if class dates need to be changed for up to 2 years.

Grievance Policy

At Mother Tree Birth, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful learning and working environment for all members of our community. We recognize that concerns or disputes may arise from time to time, and we have established the following grievance policy to address such issues.


This policy applies to all students of Mother Tree International who wish to file a complaint against faculty, staff, or other trainers/mentors.

Filing a Complaint:

  1. Informal Resolution: We encourage students to first attempt to resolve concerns informally by discussing the matter directly with the individual involved or with their immediate supervisor or department head. Many issues can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding.

  2. Formal Complaint: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, students may file a formal complaint. To initiate this process, the student must submit a written complaint to the The complaint should include:

    • A detailed description of the incident or behavior in question.
    • The names of any individuals involved.
    • Any relevant supporting documentation or evidence.

Investigation and Resolution:

Upon receipt of a formal complaint, Mother Tree International LLC will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation. This may involve interviewing witnesses, reviewing relevant documents, and gathering additional information as necessary.

Once the investigation is complete, a resolution will be determined. Every effort will be made to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner. The resolution may include corrective action, mediation, or other appropriate measures.


All parties involved in the grievance process are expected to maintain confidentiality to the fullest extent possible. Information shared during the investigation should be treated with sensitivity and respect for privacy.x
